Mackenzie is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology including rashes, psoriasis, eczema, contact dermatitis, skin cancer screening, dry or itchy skin, patch testing, and hair loss. She is known among patients and staff as a warm, passionate, and dedicated provider with excellent bedside manner who truly cares about her patients.
She graduated with the highest distinction as Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior. After graduation, she gained tremendous experiences in dermatology while working at a prestigious dermatology practice in Gainesville, FL.
Mackenzie obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. During her training at USF she was named clinical student of the year and was honored with induction into Pi Alpha, the National Honors Society of Physician Assistants. She is board-certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of various professional organizations including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA) and Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (FSDPA).
Mackenzie has special interest in treating rashes for all ages, psoriasis, skin cancer screening, dry or itchy skin, eczema, contact dermatitis, patch testing, and hair loss. She currently accepts new patients at the ReJUVA’s state-of-the-art facility in North Venice off of I-75.
Outside of the clinic Mackenzie enjoys reading, hiking, volunteering within the community, and supporting her alma mater at Gator football games.
